About Me


Brannon is married to his beautiful wife & business partner Erin Rue.  They have four amazing boys ranging from 9 to 16 years old.  All four of them attend The Masters Academy in Oviedo FL.  Erin & Brannon  both are native Floridians from the Seminole County area. Erin graduated from Oviedo High School and UCF.  Brannon is a graduate of Lake Brantley High School and Georgia Southern University.  Brannon was a member of the GSU golf team and  currently the Head Golf Coach at The Masters Academy.  They enjoy playing golf, paddle boarding, chillin on the beach, worshiping the Lord and spending time with family and friends.


Brannon was a PGA Tour Caddie for 2 years right after graduating from GSU.  He later began a carreer in Banking with First Union/Wachovia Bank.  He was a Sr. Financial Specialist focusing on residential/commerical lending and investing while holding a series 6 & 63.  He later became a Sr. Loan Officer with National City Mortgage(PNC).  In 2007 many of his former clients started coming to him asking for help in how get out of their upside down homes. That is where he got his start in real estate.  He saw a need to help people out of the worst time of their lives by finding the right solution for them and giving people a fresh start in their lives.  He became an expert in short sales and distressed properties.  He got his sales associate license in 2008  and Brannon and his team has closed over 500+ short sales.  He became a licensed real estate broker in early 17' and joined forces with his bride Erin starting Palmer Scott Properties.  Both are licensed REALTORS and combined have over 15 years of real estate experience.  Erin has a background in marketing and was in medical sales prior to real estate.  She has the gift of serving with amazing attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and has a passion for helping homeowners buy & sell their properties.
